Our cancellation policy requires clients to contact us at least 24 hours in advance if they need to cancel or reschedule their appointment. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled time will incur a charge of 25% of the service fee. If you cancel within 2 hours of your appointment, the charge increases to 50%. Please note that last-minute cancellations, occurring less than 2 hours before the appointment time, will result in the forfeiture of the total amount due. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us manage our schedule effectively.
